Ceciilia Silvano
I’ve been designing enterprise and B2B experiences for over a decade, tackling everything from defining and testing POCs to scaling mature products. Along the way, I’ve collaborated with product teams ranging from scrappy startups to Fortune 500 giants.
I love to work on complex systems for technical users and I've gotten comfortable working alongside engineering and ML teams to make technical complexity actually usable.
A few years ago I gave high-school teaching a shot and it didn't disappoint, I absolutely loved it <3 You can find me mentoring aspiring designers at ReDI School these days.

Originally from Argentina, I moved to Berlin in 2022 and now call it home. I'm curious and analytical by nature, and can’t help but get completely obsessed with things I don’t fully understand (yet).
I studied Graphic Design and have been hooked on creating things with my hands ever since. I'm a person of a thousand hobbies and I DIY everything I can: my furniture, jewellery, tattoos, and counting.
I'm full of contradictions: I try to avoid screens after work but I'll never say no to a late-night movie. I love a cup of tea with a book on a Saturday evening, but count me in for a Summer festival.
I was born in the city but destined to live in nature. I keep the fondest memories from living in Patagonia. I learned there that I love climbing as much as I love being outdoors, and go crazy when those two things come together.
